He NEEDS to go to Copenhagen to campaign for Chicago hosting the Olympics.
If he's successful, it will be beneficial to friends who are in the
construction business back home. Then, when he goes back to private life,
he'll make lots of money doing real estate legal work for those friends.

You liked this general concept from 2001 through 2008. If you don't like
this concept now, you're being disingenuous.
