Cows are like sheep and fish, perhaps further down the food chain or
at least the IQ chain. But pigs are smart! Maybe we should ban eating
pigs, something the Jews would agree with.

Wait a minute, cows and pigs are not going extinct. He has a point

Those first two shots worked better than any shots in the history of
the world and turned a bunch of psycho war-mongering fascists into
pacifists who have been and always will be our best friends in the Far
East. Nobody thought that such a near-perfect outcome of WWII would
result. So fat chance that a third shot will do nearly as much good
for us.
