It mentions nothing about taking a look at the driver's cell phone to see if
she might've been a twit who can't live without talking or texting
constantly.

I also see nothing about the woman losing her license FOREVER. She could've
killed someone. Matter of fact, she probably will in the future. The system
is broken.

Oh no! Not only may Toyota vehicles suddenly accelerate, but the
onboard computer systems may be faulty as well (not holding records of
braking)?
