From: in2dadark on 8 Nov 2009 19:29 I plan on replacing my coil packs on my 01 camry soon. I don't know why I thought it was more involved than it is . It looks pretty simple. Except the back one looks hard to get at. Manual says take off the air intake. Any cautions I need to be aware of ..? Thanks.

I'd rather do it over thanksgiving than take a day off from work. I have a compact seasonal work schedule and missing an unplanned day tending to it would be much more costly than the price of the parts..... Also the manual says on the 4 cyl. you can't really test them.

Change the fluids (tighten the oil filter}, drive reasonable and you should get the miles designed into the car. |
