LOL! Nah, I'm a good boy. I had one beer (A local brew that was like a
Black And Tan all by itself), one 7&7, and 2 glasses of champagne.

Funny thing was, NO ONE in the band got as toasted as they usually do! Go
figure! And drinks were free all night long!

Feh. They never really advertised it, and it was SEVENTY BUCKS PER PERSON
(it did include an Open Bar...) but I think the price was too high. There
were about 40 people there. About half left about 20 minutes after
midnight.

They did like us though. I think if she had lowered the price there would
have been more people. We played with our usual excellence... ;)

If you go to
http://www.thenagainband.com
you can hear some snips of songs we did "live" in a studio; meaning we
recorded them all at once, no tricks or overdubbing.

Standard stuff. People around here like Classic rock and radio rock, but
we try to keep it 'off the beaten path' and serve up stuff other bands
don't play.

Wow. Those were the songs we thought would go over the best. We have full
length versions of them, but we also changed personnel since then. We
fired the drummer, and picked up the REST of the other band I was in
(husband on drums, wife on guitar and vocals) so we want to do a new one
with the new line up and maybe a different studio. I was fixing this
woman's computer, and her husband brought me downstairs. He has a $30,000
Fender Stratocaster and the amp that came with it, and some other really
interesting pieces. He gave me a disc he made, and when I played it I
asked him if he recorded it in his basement (he has a small studio there)
and the quality was amazing, so we might go there for the next oone.

When we get something good, I'll send a copy!
