The horn on my 1996 Corona has stopped working.

So far have checked and verified the following.

1. The horn works when supplied with power
2. The fuse is ok
3. There is power to the relay
4. The relay works.

So it appears the fault is through the button side of the circuit - how do I
go about testing this side?

Never mind the horn...just use your 'finger'...

Check for relay function when the horn button is depressed. If it does
not work the problem is either the button itself or the wiring. You will
have to disconnect the relay from the button side and check for
continuity or voltage when it is depressed.

If this car is pre-airbag, first thing to check is the horn ring
brush on the back of the steering wheel - they plain wear out...

With airbag, you would be getting an airbag fault light if it was
the clockspring cable. Unless only the horn lead has broken.
