That's what gets me about these calls. You have time to yap on the phone?
And, what's with the dispatcher NOT telling her...

Depress the brake
Move the shift lever into neutral
Turn the key to the OFF position or
Hold the START button for 5 seconds...

Step 1 is not to depress the brake. Step 1 is to remove both feet
from the pedals.
