From: Toshi on 27 Oct 2008 15:27 I just purchased a set of NGK IRIDIUM IX plugs for mt '95 Camry LE with 5SFE. The car as 140k and I believe it still has the original plugs on it. I noticed there is a note on the valve cover saying that the engine takes only Platinum Plugs. Could this iridium tipped plugs work for this motor? Any harms to the engine using these plugs? Please let me know. Thanks!

I do not think the label states only platinum but recommends them, read it again
From: johngdole on 28 Oct 2008 22:00 These are the correct plugs per NGK catalog. www.ngksparkplugs.com Iridium IXs work great. NGK Laser-Iridium has platinum ground pads and Toyota spec them for 120K miles!!
