The location of the screws may be different, but the process is basically

GAAAH!!! Remove the STEERING WHEEL??!?!?!

That car has airbags! At least they tell you to disconnect the battery.
Notice, however, THEY didn't remove the wheel!

It can be done without steering wheel removal.
