The GPS readings are for the rightwingnut cruise missiles.

That doesn't even make sense.

The Census is being done from within the White House for the first time in
history. The White House is run these days by a liberal whack job that looks
as if he's inclined to use the authority he doesn't have to silence radio
and TV stations that say things he doesn't like.

If GPS data is collected by nut jobs, then they have to be the far left
crazies that currently occupy the White House. It can't be anybody else.
