From: Hachiroku on 19 Apr 2010 11:12 I have to go out and buy a new battery for my Mazda. The old one isn't holding a charge as well as it did. I bought it from Toyota in 1999, put it in the Hachiroku and used it 5 years in that car. Then it sat for over a year and discharged. It came out of the Corolla and went into the Mazda in 2006, and has been there ever since. You think Toyota could contract with companies that would make thhings that last. Geeze. I wonder if it's subject to recall. If not, I'll call Lahood's office and have it added to the list he's drawing up.
