Oops, please pardon the accidental cross-posting to this Toyota group.

Of course, this wouldn't be the first time an off-topic post appeared here ;-^

No problem, it's as interesting or more so than most things on here,
thus, you are now nominated for the 2010 Nobel Cross-posting Prize.

Did I mention that Page Plus doesn't charge a data plan
for smartphones? That can save you $200 to $400 a year.
You won't be able to use Blackberry's BIS/BES service, but
you still can use the Opera Mini browser and others free
of charge on the Blackberry. No data plan. Imagine that.

I also neglected to mention that unused minutes roll
over as long as you make even a $10 purchase of minutes on
expiration day. And expiration day is 4 months from your last
minutes purchase. But if the standard plan isn't for you because
you're a talk-aholic, how about considering the next paragraph:

How can you beat a $29.95 per month 1200/1220 talk and text plan
with 50 Meg data? Or a $39.95 per month unlimited talk and text
with 20 Meg data download?

Page Plus has been around since 1994 or so, and the company
is the darling at HowardForums.com . HowardForums.com is a
newsgroup-like online forum devoted to the discussion of wireless service.
It's named after Clark Howard, a financial radio and tv show host who is
known as "The King of Cheap." You can see his show on CNN Headline News,
iirc, and catch him on the radio.

It took me 5 days of scouring the web, reading everything I could (at
least 5 hours each day) to finally learn than Page Plus Cellular is
the best deal for me. And I'm now sharing this info with my 'Yota
friends :-)

If you know of a better wireless deal, let us all know. But I think
you'll be hard-pressed to find anything better than Page Plus.
