Even if she were, being an idiot is not illegal. You'd be on death row
if it were. On the other hand, Bachman committed a crime.

Too bad stupidity isn't painful, she'd have to resign from not being able
to stand the pain.

She is the biggest foe of this country, and given the chance she would
have Government running every aspect of your life, behind the shield of
"protcting you from yourself".
