You believed hannity's fake vid, eh? Yeah, 4000 max as stated by the
DC park police who's VERY good at assesing numbers. The first few
minutes of the vid by hannity were at the event in the fall with the
trees turning, then it magically became clear instead of overcast and
all the trees turned green like when the 9/12 fiasco was held.
