We're laughing because all the nurses in Hawaii are unionized and
every employer in Hawaii must provide healthcare and limpballs make 20

Why would anyone howl about that? He makes a shitload of money, so there's
no question about his ability to afford good health care, whether he pays
for it out of pocket, or just pays insurance premiums.

That he had a oress conference, and during the conference he said we have
the best health care in the world.
