How do you measure best? What is best? GDP? Increase in GDP? Number
of souls delivered to heaven? Clean air? Clean water? Price of
energy? Wars started? Speed of your broadband connection? That's the
one I like, the person that can bring me the fastest and most improved
broadband connection is the best president. Thus, so far Clinton was
the best president.
