YOU made a stupid comment about how that is how rich people stay rich, when the topic at the time was about Kerry upping tyaxes for everybody else and avoiding them himself. Now, we read that John Kerry is repulsed by tax evaders, yet he's the biggest tyax cheat of them all. And you find it amusing that I'm not up to speed on ANY topic that you wish to bring to the table. Excise tax in Mass is based at 10% of the 'vehicle's" sale price.
