Hmmmm...could be the Feds aren't going to get a slice of this pie after
all.

However, Wall Street has made a note of the number of people switching to
e-cigs, you can buy them on-line only (right now) from CVS, and one big
tobacco (sorry, Libs: Big Tobacco) company is in preliminary negotiations
with a Chinese manufacturer.
