From: Hachiroku ハチロク on 19 Nov 2009 18:26 Anyone who knows anything about law is predicting any of the Gitmo detainees tried in a Civillian court will walk scot-free. This is based on: Never being read Miranda rights Any confessions given were done so under extreme duress. No jury will be able to be impanelled, leading to trial by judge, whereupon any motion for dismissal will most likely be granted based on the first two conditions listed above. What is *WITH* these morons?!?!?!

If these guys get a change of venue to California, then the appeals go to the 9th Circuit Court, which means they will get off.
