Had an alignment done today on the 2002 Corolla. Looks like some of the specs
cant be fixed? Not good?

Shouldn't be a problem.

Camber, caster, and toe are within specs. On Corollas, I believe that only
toe and caster are adjustable from the factory, and camber can be adjusted
with aftermarket bolts. Steering axis inclination, or SAI, is not
adjustable without replacing parts or putting the car on a frame machine.
It is also possible that whoever did the alignment didn't give the car a
good bounce before hanging the sensor heads.

You should not experience abnormal tire wear but you might get a little pull
or drift at low speeds.

Could be as simple as worn bushings. If you have a lift and a press, it's
not a problem!

Otherwise, unless the ride gets REALLY bad, don't sweat it!
