I was at a Spokane Chevrolet/Cadillac dealer to get my Toyota serviced
Wednesday ("Lifetime" oil change thru dealer is honored at any Lithia
dealership) Anyhow they had all over the place signs proclaiming how GM has
paid off their "loan" 5 years early - neglecting to say they used TARP funds
to pay it off.
