I picked my new 10 Camry 3 days ago. Both door are mis aligned where you can see the gap larger on the top of the doors.

I knew I should have look at it before I bought it

Shame on me

A common factory trick is to hang the doors a bit high at their rear edges.
This compensates for eventual hinge wear, which brings the rear edges back
down again. Honda does this too.

This may be what you're seeing.

Toyotas are supposed to come from the factory with the body panels properly
aligned. The OP should take it back to the dealer for adjustment.

So Toyota /doesn't/ deliberately place the rear of the door slightly high
to allow for initial hinge wear? Then why does Honda do that?
