Go read the AP, State Farm notified the NHTSA in 2007 . The NHTSA has
been getting complaints since 2003. This is no new issue limited to
whats been recalled so far, its just been ignored to long.

Are you saying the 2008 Prius was part of that notification? I don't
think it was.
